The Chimney Keepers are based in Dorchester, Dorset.  It’s owned and operated by Master Sweep Robert Erskine.  Rob delivers a friendly, professional service across Dorset, East Devon & South Somerset.  Registered with The Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps, traditional brushes and sweeping equipment are used to ensure your chimney is clean and safe to use.

The strict guidelines set by The Guild & HETAS mean that Rob is required to adhere to tough safety standards.  His equipment, knowledge and expertise allow him to fully assess the safety of your chimney and determine whether it is safe to use (or not!).  Once your chimney has been fully inspected & swept, a smoke test is required.  Providing your chimney passes, you will be issued with a safety certificate which you can then use (if needed) for insurance purposes.
