Heat in Buildings Bill Legislation. Have Your Say – Before it’s Too Late!

Have Your Say

Use the letter template below to contact your MSP. It raises your concerns and helps them to understand the issue. They are required to reply.

The Heat in Buildings Bill has yet to come before the Scottish Parliament. The Consultation (now closed) suggests that low carbon wood burning appliances may be effectively banned following the sale of a property. The reasoning given is to reduce CO2 emissions. The CO2 emitted when burning wood is biogenic CO2 and should not be confused with CO2 emissions from the burning of fossil fuels.
