I am an NVQ qualified Professional Chimney Sweep trained by the Guild of Master Sweeps, of which I am a proud member. I am also a HETAS approved Chimney sweep and service technician which underscores my commitment to continued professional development. My Customers can expect not only a thorough service but also the assurance of quality, with certificates provided post-sweep for insurance verification.With a background rooted in Engineering and the Military, I bring a unique blend of discipline, precision, respect, and integrity to my work and the service I provide. I approach all jobs with meticulous attention to detail and a courteous demeanour, ensuring that every interaction is as pleasant as it is professional.My experience extends beyond the sweep; as a user of a Log stove myself, I can offer valuable insights into the nuances of solid fuel use. From the initial lighting of a fire to the ongoing maintenance and optimal storage of wood and fuels, I am able to provide personalised advice borne from years of hands-on experience. My open invitation for questions and queries reflects my commitment to transparency and Customer service, ensuring that my Customers are well-informed and confident in their solid fuel usage.

I hold £5M Public Liability insurance to highlight my professionalism and dedication to customer peace of mind, along with a (DBS) certificate issued by the Disclosure and Barring Service that proves I have no Police records of Convictions, Cautions, Reprimands or Warnings.

I am also a member of the Trading Standards ‘Buy with Confidence’ scheme, that will give my Customers the confidence I have been independently audited, advised, and approved by Trading Standards – therefore, I am committed to operating legally, honestly and fairly. In the unlikely event that my Customers should encounter any problems, not only will I endeavour to assist to fulfil all my obligations under the Consumer Rights Act and other relevant legislation, but both parties can also get free advice and assistance from Trading Standards, if needed. I believe this support provides our customers with all the reassurance and peace of mind they could wish for.
