About West coast Chimney Services
West Coast Chimney Services offer a professional, reliable and competitively priced service for customers in Glasgow and the West of Scotland.
Certified members of the Guild of Master Chimney sweeps.
We use the power vacuum method of sweeping. The vacuum hose is placed at the bottom of the fireplace and once the brushes have been inserted the fireplace is sealed with low density foam.
When the vacuum is switched on it creates negative pressure in the chimney so all soot and other debris removed by sweeping is safely cleaned into the vacuum and not your living room.
We can sweep all traditional and modern installations. For smaller diameter flues, solid fuel stoves and other lined chimneys we use a flexible coiled fibreglass rod specifically designed for cleaning narrower flues and liners.
