About The Chimney Doctor Somerset
My work evolved from forestry to working as a science teacher for 15 years. I like people and love the technical side of this work and so it was an easy decision to change career path and move into chimney sweeping. I’m passionate about the environment which was my main driver for getting into teaching. So, I am glad to see the demise of coal and I see wood as being the perfect renewable energy resource. I have heated with wood for decades and installed several of my own woodburners.
The only source of heat in my flat is an efficient woodburner. The quality of the logs I burn (especially how dry they are) and using the woodburner efficiently and safely are really important to me. It would be a pleasure to help you get peak performance out of your installation too.
